Darren:

Darren is a fully qualified Gas Safe Engineer. he was also a fully qualified HETAS solid fuel, fire and stove installer for many years. Darren specialises in installing, servicing and repairing gas fires. To date he can boast 100% success rate. He's still passionate about keeping fires working safely and well for as long as possible. When you see Rugeley Fireplace's van - that's Darren. Nicknamed 'The Firestarter' because he's so good at what he does.

Emma:

Since 2002 Emma has built up impressive knowledge in solid fuel, open fires, gas and electric fires, stoves and fireplaces. Emma can help you visualise your new fireplace and loves to design made to measure fireplaces and flues - at surprisingly good prices.

Emma and Darren are married and have both worked here at Rugeley Fireplaces & Stoves since 2002. We're a truly independent, family run fireplace and stove showroom. Your project is in safe hands.
