At Rugeley Fireplaces & Stoves, we quote for the goods together with a professional fireplace installation estimate for services tailored to your unique space and requirements. We do this in store during your showroom visit/fireplace consultation. We don't want you to fall in love with something you can't have or can't afford which is why we take time to properly serve you when you visit us.

Whether you're looking to install a traditional open fire, a modern gas fireplace, or an efficient wood burner, we handle it all. Our customers, over the years, have recommended to us multiple installation firms, each offering their own specialist installation services. You can choose to use as much or as little of their service you wish. We're happy to help liase with your chosen installers for as little inconvenience as possible. We do not take commission and, as you pay them directly, there's no VAT either. We have a purely symbiotic relationship with local installers and chimney sweeps. This system has paid off over the years with consistently happy customers recommending Rugeley Fireplaces & Stoves to their friends and family.

We also work closely with you during this process, taking into account the layout of your home and your aesthetic preferences.

Once you're happy to order 'subject to survey' we insist upon a free comprehensive local home survey to ensure you can have your dream fireplace fitted safely and within budget - before the fireplace is made and delivered.

Once the survey report is received, we'll have a 'post survey chat' to confirm you're still happy to go ahead. If there are problems, we'll discuss solutions. Should the installation not be possible within the prices quoted in store, then you may wish to cancel. We'll refund your deposit in full -no quibbles.

Showroom consultations & Priority appointments

Safety inspections

Safety is paramount when it comes to fireplaces and stoves. That’s why Darren offers thorough gas safety inspection services to ensure that your fire or stove complies with all regulations and functions safely. Darren "The Firestarter" utilises his extensive knowledge and decades of experience, to identify potential hazards and carry out necessary checks and maintenance. Regular gas safety checks help prevent accidents and ensure that your fireplace remains a wholesome addition to your home. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, so you can enjoy your fireplace worry-free throughout the colder months.

Darren cleans, repaints gas coals, replaces batteries and carries out repairs as necessary. All part of his service. To book Darren call Emma in the shop. If you purchased your fire from us, she may remember your fire. Regular customers receive annual discounts on servicing too.

Spare parts

We understand that maintaining the functionality of your fireplace over time is essential. That's why we provide access to a range of spare parts for fires and stoves we supply. Whether you need replacement components, accessories, or specific features, our aim to help you find what you need. Our extensive industry knowledge allows us to source high-quality parts that are compatible with your fireplace, ensuring its effective operation.

Whether for a repair or an upgrade, you can count on us to assist you in keeping your fireplace in top condition for years to come. Basically, if they're still in production, we can supply them. Obsolete stoves, roomheaters, boilers and fires don't faze us. We have always had a cellar stocked with gas and solid fuel spares. For the parts we don't have, they're usually delivered on a Thursday/Friday. We can even arrange for spares to be posted to customers.
