Excellent service. Emma was the reason I chose to buy my wood stove from Rugeley Fireplaces. She knew the industry inside out and I knew I would end up with a product that was right for me.

The stove has been in place less than an hour. So so pleased with it. I have not moved from the sofa. Just staring at the fire enjoying it.

Same goes to Alan and Jeff who fitted it. Excellent team with excellent service.

What can I say, lovely little shop that is not far from the canal so easy for me to find. The staff were very well informed about my fire (which is a surprise as it is a old one) I only needed a new fire glass for the door, it Was not in stock but ordered there and then and a phone call the next day informed me it was ready for collection. Thanks it was a pleasure to meet you lovely people...
